Guest Reviews & Ratings
Staying in a train car was a unique and enjoyable experience. The bed had some nasty stuff when we arrived, which was off-putting, but overall a fun stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The room was clean and comfy, but it had a connecting door to another suite that seemed noisy, with the inconvenience of hearing trains throughout the night. The service was a bit of a mixed bag - while some staff members were helpful and courteous, others were loud and not very considerate. The location was convenient for exploring downtown Indy, but being near the railroad tracks could be bothersome at times. The dining options were decent, but the prices seemed a bit high for some of the services. Overall, it was an average stay with both good and not-so-good aspects to consider.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient, near various attractions and shopping spots. The rooms, although noisy and lacking hot water, were eventually sorted out by the hotel staff. The service was friendly and accommodating, but a double charge on my card caused inconvenience. The dining experience was delightful, with a tasty buffet option, albeit limited to two people. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
